We’re looking for a Foreman who takes pride in leading by example and delivering work to a consistently high standard.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman Painter to lead and manage painting projects across Canberra.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for coordinating on-site work, maintaining high standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
You will be the key point of contact on-site, working closely with our team and clients to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise painting teams on-site
- Manage day-to-day project delivery and workflow
- Ensure all work meets C&C quality standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe worksites
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in painting and decorating
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Certificate IV in Painting and Decorating (preferred but not essential)
