His background includes managing large crews, coordinating project timelines, overseeing material supply, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard. With a strong foundation built through years of residential and commercial painting—including leadership experience as a foreman—Mathew is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and calm, solutions-focused approach on site. He holds multiple industry certifications including Work from Heights, EWP (up to 11m), and Asbestos Awareness, ensuring safety and compliance remain top priorities in his work.

Luke began his career in 1999, working alongside his father in the family’s Canberra-based painting and decorating business. He went on to gain valuable experience with a number of established painting companies across the region, before founding his own residential painting business — a key step that ultimately led to the formation of C&C Painting Group.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in Painting & Decorating, Luke also brings broader expertise in the Building & Construction industry. He holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and has been involved in the management and coordination of various construction and renovation projects, further enhancing his industry knowledge.
