With a number of years experience in customer service, and a vibrant and bubbly personality, Serena has firt perfectly into our Administrator Role.

Serena is responsible for responding to initial client enquiries and undertaking a variety of administrative and marketing tasks including maintaining our social media presence. Serena loves to be busy and productive and has a creative mind which is portrayed in Serena’s work and is leading to

Serena also has a passion for animals, and is helping us correct some of the behaviours of our fury office mascot friend, Rocky! Keep an eye out for hints of this passion coming through in our socials!


Tanya Chamberlain

Tanya is our office Manager and overall administrative guru. Tanya has been with the team since the beginning and is an integral part of the company.

Tanya is skilled and experienced in business management and marketing and has a passion for continuous business improvement and growth including creating strategies and processes to ensure we continue to deliver a top quality service to our clients.

Matthew Chamberlain

Matthew is our Estimator/Administrator and another friendly voice behind the phone. Matthew has been a valuable member of our team since the beginning and has a strong customer service background, as well as industry experience in painting and decorating.

Matthew is extremely passionate about his work and this shines though in all that Matthew does. Matthew’s excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are regularly noticed and appreciated by our clients who frequently offer compliments about Matthew.

Kinsley Khoo

Kinsley joined our team in late 2021 and is responsible for coordinating our day to day operational activities to ensure our core business functions run smoothly. This includes liaising with our clients on a daily basis to schedule their project and finalise relevant details prior to our commencement.

Kinsley has a background in commercial account management, customer service, business management and various other key areas that all contribute to why Kinsley has fit so seamlessly into our Operations Coordinator Role.

Kinsley particularly enjoys building a relationship with our clients and finding ways to ‘make it happen’ and exceed their expectations, which often results in happy and repeat customers.
